The Caterpillars of this species are green with broken yellow stripes along the length at shoulder level. They have been found feeding on :

The adult moths are pale cream with several brown lines : three complete and two incomplete across each forewing, and two across each hindwing. They have a wingspan of about 6 cms.
They occur over much of south-east Asia, from India to Fiji, including : LI> Indonesia,
