Erechthias diaphora

These caterpillars live in a silken case covered in frass. They have been found hiding underneath loose bark on Wattles and Gum trees.

The adult moth have dark brown forewings with pale bands along margins.

The species has been found in :

  • New South Wales,
  • Queensland, and
  • Victoria.
