The Caterpillars of this species are thought to bore into the stems of :

  • Rushes ( Juncus, JUNCACEAE ).

    The adult moths are white, and have a wingspan of about 3 cms. The species is found in eastern Astralia, including

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
