Callionyma sarcodes

The Caterpillars of this species are often found under the bark of :

  • various species of Gum Trees ( Eucalyptus, MYRTACEAE ).

    The adults are a rather boring pinkish brown. The moths have a wing span of about 2 cms.

    The species may be found in the southern half of Australia, including

  • Tasmania,
  • Western Australia, and
  • Australian Capital Territory.
