The caterpillars of this species are thought to feed on the foliage of:

  • Gum Trees ( Eucalyptus species, MYRTACEAE ).

    The adult moth has forewings that have a cream basal third, and a dark brown marginal two thirds.

    The species has been found in :

  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • Tasmania.
