The adult moths of this species have white forewings with jagged dark brown lines across them. The hindwings are yellow, with black apices. The thorax is dark brown. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in :

  • Australian Capital Territory,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
